The legend Nyai Bagelen in Purworejo

Traditional dances Serimpi, Yogyakarta

Serimpi dance is a traditional dance that came from local DIY or we are familiar with the name of Yogyakarta Special Region (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta), or more precisely in Yogyakarta.

- Garlic: 5 cloves, crushed, chopped until smooth.
- Oyster Sauce: 1 teaspoon.
- Salt to taste.
- White pepper powder: to taste.
- Sugar: to taste.
- Sweet soy sauce: 2 tablespoons.
HOW TO MAKE A Tumis tetelan sapi:
- Heat the butter or margarine until melted for sauteing.
- Saute garlic and onion until fragrant and wilted.
- Add the chilli, bay leaves, ginger and ginger and saute until wilted dab fragrant.
- Insert the meat (tetelan) beef, stir-fry until it changes color.
- Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar and white pepper powder and saute until well blended.
